Kitchen cook • Oruk Anam, Akwa Ibom State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Oruk Anam, Akwa Ibom State. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
