Immediate opening: waterproofing applicator (Kogi State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Okene, Kogi State. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Your main tasks: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
