Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Westmoreland County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool What we are looking for: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
