D6/D8 dozer operator wanted in Plymouth County

Join our team: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. You will work on a dam or embankment job. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters On the job you will handle: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
