We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Hamilton County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Full-time, day shift.
