Toolroom milling operator wanted in Juneau County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Juneau County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
