Join our team: we are hiring a marble fitter in Union County, Georgia. The job is on a residential building site. Day to day you will cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site. Requirements: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Own hand tools an advantage • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
