Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Colquitt County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
