Renovation plasterer • Lauderdale County, Alabama

Immediate opening: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Lauderdale County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; check walls for plumb and level as you go. You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $25 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
