Vacancy available: we are hiring a vehicle electrician in City of Portsmouth, Virginia. The job is at an authorised car dealership. What we are looking for: • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently • Steady hands for soldering fine connections • ITI certificate in auto electrical or electronics, or equivalent On the job you will handle: • Programme keys and reset immobilisers • Repair headlights, indicators and brake-light circuits • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter • Repair air-conditioning electrical controls • Repair and re-tape damaged wiring looms • Trace and fix short circuits and earthing faults Full-time, day shift.
