Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Roberts County, South Dakota. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
