Crane operator • Derry City and Strabane, Northern Ireland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in Derry City and Strabane, Northern Ireland. The job is in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Day-to-day duties: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
