Immediate opening: argon arc welder (Sokoto State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Sabon Birni, Sokoto State. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
