Bread and bun maker wanted in Plymouth County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Plymouth County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 6+ years on the tools preferred.
