Waiter — Decatur County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Decatur County, Indiana. You will be based in a coffee shop. You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Full-time, day shift.
