Lift maintenance fitter — Canyon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Canyon County, Idaho. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. Day to day you will fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
