Urgent requirement: fry cook (Mississippi)

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Clarke County, Mississippi. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
