Refrigeration field service technician — Uyo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. You will work in an AC and refrigeration showroom. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Your main tasks: • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter We offer ₦100,000 per month plus benefits.
