Heavy equipment operator — Chaves County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Chaves County, New Mexico. The role involves excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
