Tile fixer • Pender County, North Carolina

Now hiring: we are hiring a tile fixer in Pender County, North Carolina. You will be based in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. Day-to-day duties: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits You should have: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
