Cnc turning machinist wanted in East Lothian

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in East Lothian, Scotland. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Day to day you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
