We are recruiting: quality control inspector (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Washington County, Missouri. The job is in an automotive parts factory. Day to day you will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
