We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Jefferson County, Illinois. The role involves: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
