On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
