Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Coweta County, Georgia. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
