Now hiring: machine setter-operator (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Ashe County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
