Grill cook wanted in Marengo County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Marengo County, Alabama. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
