Assembly technician — Carlton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an assembly technician in Carlton County, Minnesota. You will be based at an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Day-to-day duties: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
