Immediate opening: we are hiring a nursery worker in Dickinson County, Michigan. You will work in a public park. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Your main tasks: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads Six days a week, one day off.
