Refrigeration service engineer • Union Parish, Louisiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Union Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. You will replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; service split AC units and VRF systems; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge. Ideal candidate: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Valid driving licence for field call-outs 1+ years on the tools preferred. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
