Urgent requirement: banksman (Enugu State)

Join our team: we are hiring a banksman in Udi, Enugu State. You will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
