Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Edwards County, Texas. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
