We are recruiting: we are hiring an estate gardener in Carroll County, Missouri. The job is on the grounds of a hotel resort. You will check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed. What we are looking for: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
