Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Walworth County, Wisconsin. The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 5+ years on the tools preferred.
