Now hiring: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Bolivar County, Mississippi. Day to day you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $3,750 per project, based on your experience.
