Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
