VMC operator wanted in Red Willow County

Now hiring: we are hiring a VMC operator in Red Willow County, Nebraska. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron On a typical shift you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing.
