Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Warren County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
