Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dozer operator in Sauk County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. The role involves: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Part-time with flexible hours.
