Immediate opening: refrigeration service engineer (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Berrien County, Georgia. You will be based in an HVAC service company. On the job you will handle: • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Ideal candidate: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Valid driving licence for field call-outs 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
