Urgent requirement: powder coater (Tennessee)

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Fentress County, Tennessee. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
