Argon welder — Banner County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Banner County, Nebraska. Day to day you will carry out 6G pipe welds where required; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. Requirements: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Own basic hand tools and PPE 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
