Fabricator-welder • Ngaski, Kebbi State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Ngaski, Kebbi State. The job is in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Day to day you will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; carry out 6G pipe welds where required. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Full-time, day shift.
