Now hiring: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Franklin County, Georgia. You will work at a busy assembly plant. The role involves: • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
