Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Bibb County, Georgia. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. On a typical shift you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
