Join our team: we are hiring a painter in Lincoln County, Maine. The job is in a factory paint shop. Day to day you will lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns. Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
