Toolroom milling operator • Dooly County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Dooly County, Georgia. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Your main tasks: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
