Now hiring: milling machine operator (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Wilkes County, Georgia. The job is in a die and mould making unit. On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
