Safety marshal wanted in Botetourt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Botetourt County, Virginia. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. The role involves: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Rotating shifts.
