Concrete placer • Yabo, Sokoto State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete placer in Yabo, Sokoto State. The job is at an infrastructure site. Day-to-day duties: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules 4+ years on the tools preferred.
